R707 Problem

Heres my problem
iam trying to flash a lite on drive the DG-16d25 fw 93450c. i have a ck3 pro and probe kit,ive installed everything ,done drive cyles (LOADS OF TIMES) .everything detects thou jungleflasher,when i use the probe on the r707 hole or point i get a "BAD SERIAL" theres no green stable light on the r707 but on the one next to it,i carnt use the R52 point coz its glued either.
i know its not the kit coz ive just done my other xbox 360 which is the same drive .what am i doing wrong can anyone help...soldering is not an option as i dont have a soldering iron
