Hi all,
Im hoping that that you will be able to give me someone advise on the above.
The situation as it stands is that I have a previously hacked xbox 360 that now has 3 red rings, the reason for this is because 18-24 months ago, Microsoft released an update which re-flashed the drives (I think?) and at the time there wasn't a new mod to make my console work.
since then I have been away and have now returned and wish to re-flash my xbox.
I don't have the original firmware as this was on a pc that died.
What do I do to get my xbox working again?
my thanks in advance for any help supplied.

the same way it was done the first time, the update only flashed the drive to stock, it must be read, and then flashed with LT3.0

thanks for responding peluynati,
If that's the case, how come as soon as the update was applied, it turns on with 4 red rings which then changes to 3?

4 red lights is overheating, i would need to know the secondary code to tell you why it overheated, in some cases if the drive was spoofed it can cause RROD!
