Replacement Parts for Xbox 360 DVD Drives Where can i get them

ok i have a Benq Drive and a Hitachi Drive. I need to replace some components on both pcb boards.

on the benq in positions U701(Bottom corner) and U702 (Top Center) they are the same but say A8805 DEF19

on the Hitachi on position IC501 A Smaller Black square component it says 725 688A


I need a mouser or digikey part number for these so i can order more, I tried google but nothing.

Please help Thanks

Not sure if this helps you but i just bought a laser for a lite-on drive off of ebay. might check there...

i did but i didnt see any. I am looking for the components that solder on to the circuit board. I may have to buy a board for parts i dont know.

it be so much cheaper and easier to replace the whole drive.

i would replace the drives but i have to have to codes off these pcb boards to match to the motherboard. I think if i replace these parts i will be able ot get the codes off them because they dont spin or anything. the laser on the hitachi will light up but wont spin. The benq wont do anything but the parts are burned out so hopefully new parts will fix them.
