my friend bought it exactly 28 days ago, he got banned, he returned it, no questions asked, got 100% cash back at best buy.
but what if you bought your 360 about 4 months ago and got banned?
what would happen if you try to return it?
does it have 1 year warranty (no question asked)?
and if that doesn't work, what if you make your xbox rrod (on purpose, using towel trick and stuff) and return it?
will they just exchange it to a refurbished one or will they send it to MS then MS will find out yours is flashed and say 'screw you'?

Do you have a warranty? BB only has a 30 day return policy, if it breaks after that w/o a warranty then you are out of luck.

no kidding. all these cheap asses trying to scam new consoles on here is really sad. if you dont have the balls to deal with the consequences of modding, dont do it.

im just saying people need to man-up. if you got banned, take it like a man and buy a new console if you really need live.we all knew the risks we were taking when we did this so accept it and move on.if you wanna live the pirate life, you gotta accept the possibility of your ship being sunk :)

that was exactly my point.
i don't want to argue with you about morality.
all i wanted was informative answer to my questions.
all i wanted to find out was if someone tried to return a few months old xbox and was successful or not.
someone telling me to man up and attacking my morality/character was not the answer i was looking for.
