Does the xbox 360 check if your game is burned the second you go online or when you go on multiplayer? Cause I'd like to update a game but I don't think it was stealth patched, and I don't want to get banned over a stupid mistake. Not even sure what firmware I have, since I bought it already modified.

Yes, I tried searching but either I'm that bad at searching or nobody's asked it yet..

Edit: Also, I've tried using abgx but when checking Red Dead Redemption it gives me "stealth check uncertain"....
