What type of 360 games? There's only a few mods that can be done on xbox 360 games, and they're not really worth it. As far as programs go you can use xplorer360 the transfer files to your pc and mod from there, I don't think there's any programs that will actually allow you to mod direct (like you can on Halo CE).
Camping is not a legitimate strategy.

well i was looking for something like, upgrade all stats on UFC 09 CF AND UFC FIGHTERS Or Unlimited health on halo, for offline and online play, stuff like that. make u spawn on online matches with a certain weapon

ive just seen about 1000+ people do it, and from one hacker to another its hacking, not cheating, to get the edge over an opponent

I can understand your point of view, but I believe that kind of mentality leaves no room for the honest player who is really being disadvantaged by this.
Otherwise, I'm sorry I couldn't be more help on this matter. I am absolutely fine with cheats/mods etc. as long as it is not in a competitive environment.

Isn't the whole point of a cheat.. cough.. hack... To give an advantage anyway? Ie; Unlimited health?

Yeah, just another person who wants to ruin online play for everyone else.
I just love playing COD4 and having someone turn around with a pistol and be able to fire at me faster than an LMG, thus killing me. Does this make people like you feel better about yourself or something? They just need to make a server for the cheaters and let them piss each other off for a change.

GTA 4 was patched so you couldn't use your mods on it, GH2 allows modding but its only for custom songs and it will get you banned.
In the end you will get banned and it isn't worth it.

Wow, cheating on games = NERD. I thought you wanted to mod custom games for halo 3 (like the unlimited arbiters, that's pretty awesome).
Camping is not a legitimate strategy.
