I'm having some problems upgrading my harddrive to the wd1200bevs. I tried the new hddhackr v1.11 and the program said the flash was good. I hooked it up to my 360 but it isn't recognized at all in the memory settings. Using my PC, I was able to see that there were 3 partitions on the drive after the flash so I thought it would work but it didn't. One thing I noticed is that the LBA size did not match and still doesn't match but the hddhackr v1.11 said it fixed the bug with the LBA size. The only thing I can think of is the 3 different HDDSS.BIN files that have tried were all duds. I'm not sure where to go from here. Any advice? I've tried to follow all sorts of tutorials but they all send to lead me to the same result. I'm discouraged..

Not quite for sure but I think you have to run the program run more time the "hddhackr.exe -f" (I believe it is). That will format to FATX.

Honestly, I just looked on eBay, and the Xbox 360 120gb hard drives are only about $10 to $20 more. I'd rather just get one of those and not worry about formatting.
