xbox 360 open tray error(solved )

aight i have a 360 pro wit a liteon 74850c i tweaked it's pot first and that got me about a month of game time when it went bak out i used the laser module from a 83850c that was good just rendered useless through a failed mod attempt and it read one game i played for like 45 minutes then it went back to open tray error i just received a new laser module from ebay and installed it and still it says open tray what should be my next course of action any ideas would be apreciated
