Xbox 360 re-flash to BENQ-OFW.bin issue

Alrighty, so i need to send my 360 back to microsoft (RROD) but i have ixtreme1.60, will they know if i have flashed firmware? If so I know how to revert back to my BENQ-OFW.bin, but I flashed my friends BenQ drive and now have his BENQ-OFW.bin with his key embedded on it. I have a document i saved when i flashed my BENQ with jungleflasher with my BenQ key on it. Is there a way I can use his BENQ-OFW.bin file, but use my key? and then re-flash my benq drive to its original firmware?
