Xplorer 360 and USB Thumb Drives

Is there an addon or plugin so i can access the data files on a usb thumb drive? I have all my game saves on a thumb drive that was turned into a memory card for my 360. BUT, I cannot get access to them. It makes it easier and faster if this is possible. Thanks for the help in advance.
