Ps3 Ylod and no audio or video

My 60gb ps3 is showing the dreaded Ylod and it no longer has audio or video

I have tryed to heat the chips twice now.

First try i got 20 seconds of a green light before it went back to ylod

second try just strictly ylod

the fan moves really slow and never reves up at all

i can hear a clicking sound coming from the power supply as well

with the top of the case off

Any suggestions would be great
