Unable to backup Metal gear solid 4 on internal HDD

#1 02 Nov 2010 @ 12:05
Hi folks, I am having problem backing up my MGS4 to the internal HDD with the backup manager. the Copy process is stuck at 28.91GB and never finishes. Anyone know what is the issue might be ?

I am using ps3break 1.1 and openmanager 2.1 (can't remember)

thanks.

No, there is no prob with the disc or anything. The prob is the files over 4GB which a fat32 hard disc doesn't copy. So you'll have to split those files using filesplitter, you'll find them around the internet. Some applications do it automatically while backing up I suppose. Use Gaia Manager or better manager.

Make sure you have enough space to finish. you did specify the drive space and how much space was free.
