any advantage of upgrading from 3.2u -- 4.1u?

I am currently have a 3.2u softmode and everything seems to run fine. Any reason or advantage why I would need to update 4.1u? TIA.

SDHC SD card Support plus being able to play VC/WiiWare games from SD card.

If I don't care for SDHC and VC, then I don't need to update I guess. Thanks.

I thought it might have to do with game compatibility like certain games won't run is you are in 3.2u but if both are equally in running the games, then I guess I just stay with 3.2u. Thx.
