Configurable USB Loader issue!

I know this has probably been answered several times but I will be honest I didn't know what to put in for a search because mine is so specific...so I am sorry ahead of time.
So my problem is that when I choose the option to open up my game the whole loader just freezes up after I select "Start game"
This is what it says as it hangs up:
"Booting Wii game, please wait...
Switching to IOS222 for FAT support.
IOS(222) mload ..[NTFS]..."
I am using a softmodded Wii v.4.1, Conf. Usb Loader v.52b3, waninkoko's 249, and hermes 222 and 223, and a Lacie 250GB NTFS hard drive

I have a similar issue, everytime I try to load the CONFIGURABLE USB LOADER the screen turns black and then goes back to Wii's main menu. Is this because my USB Flash drive is not compatible?
Everything's else on Homebrew works just fine.

So far it looks to be an issue with the PNG pictures downloaded for the covers.Go into your SD card and look in usb loaders file...then the covers. I would erase all the files except the default no image pictures,then download again as there will be a bunch of extra covers. after you download try again.If it happens again then back to the SD card and look at all the pictures and if any of them are not complete(half a picture or black lines through) then erase just that file. Make sure you check all the pictures!
Im not sure if this is a bug in the USB loader or an issue with the download site.

Then he redownloaded all covers and it worked again.
Try this and see if it works. If it doesn't work then try deleting the usb-loader folder and replace it with the original usb-loader folder that came with the CFG USB Loader files you downloaded to mod the system.

I got it fixed...I had to downgrade hermes 222/223 v5 to v4. I also had to add "ios=222-mload" to config.txt.
