Force PAL for an NTSC unit

Can anyone please tell me the proper settings in Neogamma to play PAL games on an NTSC unit? These are discs I'm playing, not USB or HDD files
Here is a list of the settings and the options inside each
If it matters, I'm not playing this on a HiDef TV so NTSC 480i

Oh, also, do you have Priiloader installed? Couldn't hurt hitting the region free option in there.
Boot Lang: Either English, or Console Default
Force Video: Try your luck with the NTSC, otherwise try Wii or Disc
Patch Video: All
VIDTV Patch:Yes
Patch Country Strings:Yes
