I checked my SD card again the file is there in the root with the name hacks.ini and it's of 4.2U which is my system !!
Please let me how to fix that,thanks for your effort and time..

my mate Pryme:
I did something - don't ask me why - and it worked; I removed .ini and let the file as hacks only !! and it worked..
Now basically I have bootmii as an IOS not boot2,
my wii is 4.2u,
I support only USB connection to load games,
Should I try priiloader for boot2 menue as you said or not ??
At least let me know the mandatory hacks I should use for my system..
Forgive me again but you - all - my only support.

Thanks my dear friend,so do you suggest for me to make another pack up for my NAND now - I did it before in the begining od Softmod process - so should I repeat it now ??
second I hope I helped with the hacks.ini issue by my last feedback.

I just tried to download the Priiloader 0.3b (latest release) zip file a few different times and I keep getting a message saying it's corupted.
Can someone tell me where I can get the files?

Just installed Priiloader and all seemed to go well, I chose block online updates, block disc same, move disc channel. I then saved it, went to my homebrew menu and loaded Priiloader from there and while I was loading I still got the inquiry pop-up that asked me to update the homebrew from 1.0.3 to 1.0.8? First, should I be getting even that pop-up with the Priiloader settings I just input? 2) I added the hash file and although in the proper .ini format, when I double click the file it opens the folder in a "notepad". How can a program see the contents of a .ini file written as text and not pure code? and lastly, can I update the Homebrew from 1.0.3 to 1.0.8 safely, I don't care that there aren't any functionality improvements, I just want to get rid of the annoying pop-up. Oh, and I have a soft-mod 4.1 Wii Neogamma 8 beta 15 v14 2 gig sd card 1 tera hdd
