win rar for wii games

hi guys have problems with wii games have downloaded 4-5 games from the internet but cannot un rar them so i can burn them to disc keep getting this msg the archive is either unknown format or damaged i must admit i have not downloaded any wii games for about a year now but im sure all i had to do was downloaded unrar and burn with image burn any help would be appreciated thanks

thats all you do mate. might have some conflicts going on. have you cleaned your pc up lately?
