Hello, I have lost like 10 or more CDs now that i've tried to burn with nero.. It just says burn failed all the time .. Get Nero out of the picture and try creating the audio cd using ImgBurn. http://forum.imgburn.com/index.php?showtopic=5555 Note that if you wish, as a one time measure, you can insert a blank and check the 'Test Mode' box just before burning. This verifies that the firmware on the burner is accepting commands from the software. It's a good first step in eliminating a source of trouble without sacrificing a disk. Remember to uncheck the box before the actual burn.

It gets to track 13 then fails. Try leaving the last two tracks off and see if it burns ok. If it burns ok, suspect that the outer edge of the disk is lower quality and not accepting the burn; you can then set the burn speed back to 16x or change brands of cd.
Hmm now that i try with fewer tracks it seems to work. But the thing is i had the same disks before and I could fill them easily.. Don't know why this is happening now..
