There is a way to do this using nero, which I will describe since this is a nero forum, but it's easier using DVDshrink to do it.

Nero plus a freeware application ifoedit:

    get Ifoedit here
    http://www.ifoedit.com/
    or
    http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd-r_tools/ifoedit.cfm

You have two (or more) titles, and you want to merge them as a single title.

    1) Run Nero Recode, choose the Remake a DVD option and select the two titles

    2) Select both edited titles and select the button to merge them. (This step is critical for step 5).

    3) Now run Re-encode in the normal way saving to a location on your hard drive (you could select a folder you created and have on your desktop).

Once the process finishes close nero, follow the next steps carefully (only takes 5 minutes)!

    4) Go to the folder you had the files saved in (on your desktop if that's what you chose) and open the Video_TS folder, select and delete all IFO and BUP files (Don't panic).

    5) Now run IFOEDIT and simply select the Create IFOs option, browse to the folder the video files are in (the VIDEO_TS folder where you deleted the files in step 4) and select the first VOB file ( normally VTS_01_1.VOB) and click ok. When done, the IFOs and BUPs are re-written, and now the two titles are connected/merged as a single title.

You can now use nero to burn the title set to disk using the DVD-Video option.

This can also be done using shrink in re-author mode where different title sets are selected and shrink will automatically merge them.

    cheers.
