I have everything where its suppose to be.
the nxMyFLA.dll is in my..
C < program files < Common Files < Ahead < AudioPlugins

But when I go to drag over the flac files into the Nero ROM Burn Audio stuff, says it can only work if I have the proper plug in.

I could include screen shots if there needed
