Latest Nero version with Recode?

I can't find where Nero 10 Multimedia Suite has Nero Recode. Is there another part of it that will do the same job? If not, what is the latest version of Nero that includes Recode?
Also, I know everybody is pimping ImgBurn.... Will it do the same job that Recode does?

IMGBurn burns .iso files, it won't do any editing to the structure or compression of the DVD though. Recode is supposedly still included though so have a look at some applications you don't recognise in case they've changed things around.
