Nero 10 Do I need all of this?

I bought a light scribe CD maker and along with the hardware the plethora of software Nero 10 and all of its different components downloaded and is hogging much of my needed free space. If I already have windows media player, can I get rid of some redundant components of nero 10?

nero is not a media player u got lite not full with a drive
