#1
I purchased Nero 11 a couple of months ago from Frys Electronics here in Tempe Arizona. Ive been a long time user of the software. Since way back to 7. Anyway about a month a go I started having issues with it. First off Im running Windows 7 64bit.

1. Nero Kwik When I go to open nero Kwik I get an error message that says:

Ive been back and forth with Nero Tech Support on this issue for a month. Lastly two days a go I got a message that said they are turning my issue over to the developer and If I had any other questions to write back. Still no word.

2. Second and lastly I also started having issues with Nero Vision. I open the software and get an error message that says: Unable to load Imaging subsystem. Make sure the program is installed properly...I have contacted tech support about this as well. I havent heard anything back from them as of yet. Im writing here because Im wondering if there is a flaw in the software itself and they just dont want to admit it. Ive checked the Nero Forums from the website and it seems that a great deal of people are having some of the same issues. I was wondering if anyone here could shed some light or maybe know of a hotfix for these two issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
