I just received a link from Nero offering a video of Nero Burning ROM's new features. When I played it back, it was real choppy. How can I tell whether the cause was:

    1. My play-bask software failed to pre-fetch any of it to allow it to be play; if so, what software on my system was invoked; or
    2. Nero's video failed to conform to standards that play-back software expected; or
    3. Some other cause

In general, how can I tell what video players are installed on my system and how they are invoked by my browser. Is there some tutorial on this stuff. I'm a programmer, but I don't know jack about audio-video software

    I'm running WinXP-Pro/SP3 and Nero 9 suite.

    Thanks in advance,
    Richard

That previous link was wrong: it pointed to another link in the email. That link was this. I apologize for the error.
