Hi. I have been trying to burn to a Sony dvd-r with Nero 10 and I keep getting a failed burn. I use Maxell dvd+rw and everything goes fine. I was wondering if someone might be able to look at the error log I saved and see if they know why this is happening. Thanks so much for your time, cruegirl

Newer firmware here. http://www.firmwarehq.com/Pioneer/BDR-S05/files.html Try burning at 8x or 4x Other suggestions: After saving the project from Nero to the HDD, burn with ImgBurn instead. If you can find some Verbatim disks (not the value line series) that say 'Advanced AZO' on the package, try them.
Hi again attar. Ok, I tried updating the firmware and that didn't help. I then tried burning at 8x and 4x, still no good. I then tried burning to the hard drive and using Imgburn and that does work.
