I got the above mentioned error with my drive - TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-222AB ID01. Same got resolved after upgrading the firmware of DVD drive. Used the tool WININQUIRY to identify the DVD drive model.
Why add more junk software to a computer when it's not needed instead of looking in device manager where cd/dvd drives are listed with name & model as if the make of drive wasn't listed on the computers manufacturers website,are you advertising the software
