No audio from Recode

After upgrading my OS to Windows 7, when I use Recode I get no audio. This has been my favorite version (7.5.9.0) of Nero for a few years. Below is my Recode log:

I fixed it. I upgraded to Nero 9. After reading many forums, Nero 7 just wouldn't work with Windows 7. I upgraded to Nero 9 instead of 10 because of the threads I've been reading.
