Hoping someone can tell me what's wrong. I encountered the following error "Unrecoverable read error at LBA 2039808" while trying to back up a DVD. The Source DVD is a Maxell DVD-R 16x, and it is something I recorded myself off of TV. The DVD plays fine, whether on a regular DVD Player or on my PC. However, I've been unsuccessful in trying to make a copy of this DVD.
