Hello, Okay I know this has to be something I am missing. I have followed the steps... and when I go to Write to harddrive or even burn dvd it says there was a problem transcoding.. Ect... What am I doing wrong? I am starting to get really frustrated with this program.. Hope you can help me out.
You need to explain in more detail,all i see is your using nero to rip assuming your even in the right section,nero can't rip protected dvds
