Unable to create XML parser Instance

    I get an error message on both nero 9 and 10 saying -Unable to create XML parser Instance.

    It goes on to tell me to reinstall microsoft core XML service 4.0 sp2 or higher. I did this but I still get the same error message and I cant use smart start. What can I do? This is just another problem I have. I can't use Nero 9 at all due to error messages and now I try nero 10 and with my first try I get the same error message. Ideas? Suggestions?
