I just converted an .avi movie to dvd using convertxtodvd, BUT i forgot to add the subtitles to it =/

is there anyway to add the subtitles to the movie without converting it all over again?

    What format are the subtitles?
If the subtitles are a text format (like .srt) you can use them with DVD Flick.

Run VOB2MPG on the VOB files.
This produces a large mpeg-2 file that is DVD compliant.
Load that mpeg-2 file into DVD Flick, click 'Edit Title' and load the subtitle files.
Click 'Project Settings' > 'Video' > 'Advanced' and check 'Copy mpeg-2 Streams'
Since the mpeg-2 files are DVD compliant, DVD Flick simply demuxes and muxes the video with the subtitles - without recoding the Video.
