I don't know if this is dupe, but I've made a search in the forum before posting.
I've been converting sub/idx packs to subrip format for a very long time. But sometimes I see that sth is wrong with timing structure. For instance:
But it should be like this actually:
SW's "Timing Adjust" and "Fix Overlapped Lines" features didn't work. Is it possible to fix this making a script for SW or sth else?
I know it has nothing to do with SW. On the contrary it is completely related to idx file I got but I need to find out how I can fix this reversed timing problem.
Here is a sample complete sub, idx, and srt files of the example above:

Thank you in advance.

1
01:23:16,076 --> 01:23:20,638
I gotta own it, breathe it
Live it like I mean it
2
01:23:00,021 --> 01:23:00,069
There's a hero in me
It's all I wanna be
3
01:22:54,829 --> 01:22:55,743
Out of my way
This is a job for me
4
01:22:36,078 --> 01:22:39,741
And our next book report is
from Jeffrey Zimmer.
5
01:22:25,087 --> 01:22:29,490
Well, my report is on Neal Morris'
new Tripp Zoome book,
6
01:22:06,039 --> 01:22:09,304
at this paper factory where they make
the paper that goes in the books.

00:01:17,967 --> 00:01:24,904
No police intervention.
481
00:01:15,351 --> 00:01:24,939
I promise.
482
00:00:57,079 --> 00:00:59,980
Bombs ready? Aim!
483
00:00:44,054 --> 00:00:45,851
This is just perfect.
484
00:00:29,099 --> 00:00:31,533
Come on! This will never come out!
485
00:00:15,095 --> 00:00:18,292
Merv Kilbo and his trusty ragtop
are on the case.

If you look at the .idx file in Notepad, the times are all negative.
Open the .idx in SubResync.
On the first sub:
Left Click
Then Right Click (circle is green)
Now Left Click and hold the button for a second then release.
You can now edit the time.
Insert the time of the last sub (00:00:11.714)
The 'Preview' column changes to show all the subs are retimed (the last line is now 01:23:39.316)
Save the the sub/idx with a new name.
