    Hi walker811,

How are you playing this file exactly? Is it a file on your computer like an avi or mkv, etc?

If so, does the movie file have another file in the same folder with a name like <movie_title>.srt?

If you have watched this movie before and had no issues then it seems like the .srt file, which contains the subtitles, has become corrupted somehow. If this is the first time you've opened it, it may be a dodgy copy.

You can redownload the .srt file from http://www.opensubtitles.org/

    Either way, let us know.

this is a simple one to answer. you are using the wrong player. now you know why ppl say windows media player sucks. try media player classic(MPC) with the K-light code pack. or vlc player. i prefer MPC.
