"Songs" view in strange order after Winamp Syncing

I synced my iPod with Winamp using the default iPod plugin (as opposed to ml_iPod). I did not use the "Sync" button at the bottom of the iPod view, I just right clicked on specific artists and used the "Send To" command.
Everything works fine, except the way the main "Songs" view is organized on the iPod itself after disconnecting is rather unusual. The songs are in alphabetical order as they should be, but the problem is that they are grouped with about 50 songs at a time. So in my list I have about 50 songs sorted A-Z, then another 50, etc. This makes songs difficult to find so I can really only use this view if I want to shuffle them. Also, the order of the songs in the list is not relative to the order that I synced them.
How do I get Winamp to sync in a way that lists songs in a unified A-Z order?
Thanks!
Things Used:
iPod: 7th Generation Classic 160GB
iPod SW: 2.0.4 PC
Winamp: 5.572 Pro
Plugin: Nullsoft iPod Plugin 0.76
OS: Windows 7
