I am going away soon, and need help jailbreaking my sons Ipod touch 1st Gen with version 3.1.3.. any help would be really great..

Late reply, but hopefully will be of some use to you.
I unlocked my 2nd gen itouch using 'Spirit' jailbreak. Not sure if it works on 1st gen though.
