I got an iPod Touch this Christmas, as did my sister, but for different reasons we can't transfer our music from our computers to the new iPods. In her case, she lost all of her files when she got a virus a few months ago, so she no longer has any of her music on her computer. My iTunes library can't locate a lot of files, about 500 or more, and it would take a long time to try and find everything so I'd rather not.

How can I take the music from my old iPod Nano and move it all to the iPod Touch? I've read this which looks like it could work, but if I do that to get the music files copied from the iPod, how do I then put them onto the new one? Also I'm sure there are easier/better methods, right?
