I/O Error Message

    I have a desktop with Windows XP Pro.

    I have aqn Apple Ipod & also a Creative Labs Zen V MP3 players.

    I can not transfer files from my PC to either MP3 device.

    I keep getting an I/O Device Error message.

    What is this & can it be fixed ???
