ok im confused.

i just upgraded to 3.0 i figured the bugges were fixed. (more so i was just lazy) so i went and i jailbroke it with resnow no problem. then i got installous and mega4i. after that i got sb settings. then my screen went black with a faint glow.

ive tried so many times to figure out whats up but i cant?

i think its a issue with the mipatch that comes with mega4i and installous. but everytime i get it then go to respring i get a repeat.

im going to try and live without sb settings and see if al;l goes well but if anyone has had the same problem and has a fix for it id be more than glad to hear about it.

im not quite sure what your saying but i was right in what my error was. i was trying to install the mobile firmware patch 2.2.1 and i feel really stupid about it lol. i think it was on the 15th try that i actually payed attention to the 2.2.1 lol. but how to fix it if anyone does same this is, skip the mobile patch and get the app sync for 3.0. that is if you are running 3.0

Normally, you only do the sanity check the first time. After that you don't check much.

Actually I wasn't. Most persons think through a process carefully, or at least I do. The subsequent times I just do it. If there was an error that I didn't catch the first time around I will continue until it bites me in the ass. Then after scratching my ass then head I try to figure what went wrong.

The big deal is you stated what went wrong/the solution. I am sure several persons will check this board out having that same problem. Whether they will actually look is a different story.

Only 1 out of 100 posts the solution because they are lazy sh1ts. Thanks!
