I just got an ipod touch 2nd Generation, and I am trying to put my video on it. I had no problem putting videos on my iPod video 5th Gen., but I cannot figure out how to do it on the touch. It can't be the file type because my files are mp4, and they played fine on my iPod Video. I converted some of my dvds using handbrake into ipod format. I created a new Playlist called Videos, and put my movies in there, then I synced my Ipod touch, but my video playlist didn't show up : ( I have also tried just dragging it into the ipod, but that won't work either. please help. thanks : )

If they files are in the right format, you need to click your iPod under Devices, then go to the Videos tab, and check the videos you want to sync. If they're not showing up in the list, make sure you added them to your iTunes library. If they're showing up, but greyed out, it means that they're the wrong format. Personally, I use a freeware program called iPod-Zune-PSP-3GP (http://www.twins-software.eu/General/Home.php).
