Sometimes this problem can get occur when your iTunes don't recognize your iPod. This needs a converter with which you can get your all iPod files converted in the form of iTunes. With using iPod to iTunes Converter your files can be get recognized and you can play your all iPod files including audio, video on iTunes. Your entire saved files can be get identified and than it can be played with the help of iTunes.
