Need help jailbreaking my iPod Touch 2G

I have iOS 4.2.1 and downloaded Greenpoision and it jailbreaked my iPod and I can see Loader on the home screen. I opened it and clicked Cydia to install it and it started downloading. But near 45% downloading, I get a message saying "Extracting" and then an error saying "Warning you are out of disk space". I can see Cydia on the home screen but when I choose it, I get Initializing Filesystem... and then my iPod gets locked. Please help me
