pq dvd to ipod video converter problems

I have had pq dvd to ipod converter for quite some time now. I have three computers. Two are running on Windows XP and one is running on Windows Vista. The one with Windows Vista has had a problem from the get-go with converting the movies. The picture is always funny like it is super pixelated or has weird streaks running through the picture almost as if it isn't sure just when the picture should appear on the screan. Both of my Windows XP computers have worked fine but I recently re-formatted my hard drive on one of them and re-installed the program on it. Since I have done that, the program does the same thing that it does on the Windows Vista computer. Does anybody have a solution to this problem that I have been having besides just use the one computer that is working?
