Bought my son a second hand 8 gb Ipod Touch 3rd gen and now after a couple weeks of use it first started freezing and now when it comes on all it shows is a usb cable going up to the Itunes icom and goesa no further. Any ideas as to what could be wrong with it? I need help big time.Would hate to end up with a 100.00 paper weight.

Finally got the touch reset but now I have another problem.... Now I have no wifi. As in it wont even let me select it so that I can turn it on. Due to it being PW protected it didnt create a backup file before it reset so I do not know whist version of software I was running before but now it tells me I am running the latest.c Any ideas on resolving this?
