cant farmat my mp3

    I cant format my mp3 player.when i right click on it it is strucking can anyone help

    In Windows XP and 7
    start Command Line (Start -> Run... -> "cmd")
    Then type "format x:" (where x is the letter of your drive)

    or search for new firmware for the device.

    Let us know if formatting helps. I do not know if that has ever fixed a chipod.
