Sansa M260 Video Conversion Problem

Hi,
I have an Sansa e260, and all the stuff for it. I want to watch a Dvd on it, so I ran all the movie Files through the Media converter, which is on the newest version. But It cant convert any of the Files, out of some weird reason. Can somebody help me with this? The DVD I am using is Pokemon 7 Destiny Deoxys.
