I have been a big advocate of the Sansa players because of their cost per value. I was very disappointed in their new view. The new OS/app is very different than what they or anyone else has ever had. I don't like that because it took me hrs to figure out what had been intuitive on the earlier models such as playing a play list. The controls although they look great and cutting edge they do not work very well. I have a 'hard time' scrolling up and down a list then it will jump 30-40 lines in a flash. It could take 5-10 min to select a particular tune to play in a list of 100. It is not worth the effort to use it. I would rater spend 4 times the money and get something I don't have to fight.
