HD cut/line problem

    Everything I watch in 720p on VLC has these kind of "lines" or "cuts" right in the middle of the screen. They appear for a short while when theres movement in the video then they disappear once the movement stops. This is a huge problem, especially if Im watching action movies in HD.

    I've also noticed that this is very common when watching computer games that plays CG (computer generated) scenes in HD. This doesnt just happen on my computer. I've also experienced it on my uncles comp.

    I have the latest VLC. Im starting to think maybe its my graphic card which isnt good enough to display the movies in HD.

    for some special protected DVD the image always not that stable.
