I like to have a opinion from experienced developers which OS you recommend to develop an touch screen interface on a touch screen MSI 19# touch screen computer with Intel dual core.

Preferably Linux.

We want to achieve the Iphone way of navigation on an all in one PC

We run it from a central server.

Like to hear you opinion or support in this development.
