Apple hardware seems to have sacrificed much health to look like a model. Some long-time MacOSX users appears to be running it on PCs, although I don't know the legal status of doing so.

It would not appear difficult, since Apple installed a file to prevent it; and it's not permitting MacOSX applications in version 10.5 to be written in Java.

Frankly, MacOSX on Apple computers has enough problems for me.

So, I prefer a reliable GNU/Linux, whose compositors are currently moving from two to three dimensions and offers far more applications. If one needs to use a Windows application, then do more with the file, you can network a Linux computer to a Windows one, using 'Samba' to transfer files back & forth.

Both operating systems are 'POSIX' complient cough), so once can, in principal, exchange applications. However, deeper parts of the operating systems, such as their graphics compositors, are incompatible. People have gotten MacOSX to run on Vista, though I don't know how (or why). :)

Edited to add a gag after proofreading.
