i have never been on a mac computer and i want to see if it is possible i can install a mac os onto my pc

Im trying to load Mac OS X Tiger into VMware Player on my PC, anyone know how???

You can run a virtual machine on your windows 7 installation and install mac osx on it. Google VMware OSX and there should be a bunch of tutorials on how to make it happen.

I can shed some more light on this before you waste your time.
Yes you can install mac os x on a pc.
no i cannot tell you where to download it from
yes you need a SEE3 compatible processor which means intel core duo or better core 2 duo required for lion pc install.
if apple detects you using iCloud or any other services like software update your machine will be disabled.
So in my honest opinion don't bother
